Exceptional

We spent a special week in July. The owner and her children gave us a warm welcome. The apartment we stayed in was cozy, spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished in wood, spacious, and equipped with two balconies (very useful on rainy days for drying laundry). Secure parking was available near the entrance. The location was excellent, quiet yet convenient to amenities. The balcony had a panoramic view. We'll definitely be back!

Highly recommended :)

We had a wonderful week; a week of sunshine and no rain. :) We were welcomed very warmly, the lady and her children were very friendly and helpful. :) Super tidy and very welcoming apartment with all the comforts. The only suggestion is to add a microwave and electric kettle, and some shelves in the bathrooms to put your things; otherwise, the apartment is fully equipped. :) Highly recommended as even though it's not in the center, it's convenient and close to all amenities.

Beautiful

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the very kind owner who showed us to the apartment (spotlessly clean and tidy), with a beautiful view of La Villa from the terrace. The surrounding areas are all worth visiting, with wonderful walks to take. We were so happy with our entire vacation, especially with the family who hosted us, that before leaving we said goodbye until next year.

Highly recommended

The apartment was beautiful, brand new, and very clean, with two bright and airy double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and terrace. The living room/kitchen is the main focus, with a lovely 120x120cm table (with a central leg, a real treat) and a nice kitchen. The furnishings are meticulously crafted, with many pieces made of solid larch, handcrafted by them, who have excellent carpentry skills. There's ample parking and a ski and boot room (with a heated rack, keeping your boots warm and dry). The Declara family is very kind and helpful throughout the entire process (booking, welcoming, and staying with us). The ski bus to the San Cassiano ski lifts (3 km away) leaves right from there, 20 meters from the house. The ski bus is included in the rent. Overall, a very positive experience (truth be told, we've always been happy in San Cassiano, in fact we return every year), but this apartment is the most beautiful we've ever stayed in. And if we find a place to stay, we'll definitely stay there again.

Great choice, beautiful holidays

We stayed in this house for two weeks in July. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and recently renovated, furnished with local woods produced by the family's carpentry shop. The owners were kind and welcoming, and the quality/price ratio was unbeatable. We'll definitely be back!

Stay with children

We stayed as two families with small children, the apartment was well-kept and spacious. Wood finishes and furnishings typical of the area, all recently renovated. The owners are courteous and kind. A week-long stay blessed with mild, sunny weather was a truly positive experience.

Definitely recommended

There were four of us in the two-room apartment. The apartment is really great! Everything was as described. The ski bus, which takes five minutes to reach Piz Sorega, is just a few meters from the house; it's its first or last stop in the afternoon, so there's always space. We'll definitely be back.

Great stay

We stayed in this magnificent mountain accommodation, hospitable, welcoming, and filled with the scent of wood and Ladin legends, with two cousin families. It features a spacious living and relaxation area, in addition to the bedrooms and dining room with a functional kitchen. The prices are very reasonable, and the owners are warmly welcoming, very helpful, and ready to offer advice for the best possible holiday. Definitely worth a try.
