Unforgettable experience

Staying at this bed and breakfast was a truly relaxing experience. The location is simply extraordinary, nestled in one of Italy's best ski resorts. The rooms are welcoming, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is one of the highlights: plentiful and high-quality. For those who prefer savory fare, there's a selection of cured meats, eggs, and cheeses; for those who prefer sweet treats, there's plenty of fresh bread, jams, and, of course, Nutella. A special thanks to Mrs. Rosa: the breakfast was truly delicious! The staff stood out for their professionalism and helpfulness, providing us with all the useful information and responding courteously to our every need. I highly recommend this garni to anyone who wants to escape the daily grind and experience an unforgettable holiday among the mountains and ski slopes.

Simplicity

Immaculate Conception Bridge

Beautiful, welcoming family-run property. The owners are very helpful and kind. The rooms are spacious and clean, but they don't have a TV.

In the family

At Rosa's, the 82-year-old owner, it's like being at home: the breakfast is excellent, the atmosphere is lovely, and the location is ideal for excursions both near and far. Only small point: the rooms are a little dated, but they have a great view.

Kindness

Simple, clean garni with added value

The Garni is very well kept and very clean, the breakfast simple and good. The added value is Mrs. Rosa, a very nice woman who brings a ray of sunshine every morning, and her nephew Günther who helps her with administrative matters! A stay we will definitely remember and repeat.

Fantastic

The welcome at this small and welcoming B&B was worthy of the finest hotel. Signora Rosa was a true treasure. A hearty breakfast, a family atmosphere, and a basic but clean and comfortable room. I don't think anything more is needed. We hope to return soon.

A simple but welcoming garni

We stayed at Mrs. Rosa's house during the New Year's holidays. The place is simple, but it has what it needs when considering the quality-price ratio. Phenomenal

Phenomenal for the welcome, kindness, and helpfulness of Mrs. Rosa and her nephew; phenomenal for its proximity to the ski slopes; phenomenal for its quiet location, just steps from the church of La Villa and away from the chaos of the main road; phenomenal for the quality/price ratio, for the simplicity of old-fashioned things, made efficient by the attention to detail of those who put their brains and heart into their work. Phenomenal! My girls and I spent three happy days. Thank you, Rosa!

Fantastic stay as guests of Mrs. Rosa!

We stayed at Ciasa Flora during the Ferragosto period, a fantastic accommodation with a balcony overlooking the mountains. Mrs. Rosa and the entire staff welcomed us warmly, like family; the breakfast was good, the rooms simple and basic but very comfortable. The location is strategic, close to many wonderful hikes, and the village is very charming and traditional. Certainly a relaxing and adventurous holiday, thanks to the hospitality of Mrs. Flora and her family!

Beautiful location, welcoming and friendly

We stayed at this B&B in March for our skiing holiday. It's a charming place, simple but well-maintained and very clean. The owner, Rosa, and her nephew are wonderful people, very friendly, helpful, and kind. The Garnì is well-located near the ski slopes, about 100 meters on foot from Gardenaccia, easily accessible via a flat road. It's an excellent starting point for the ski area and the Sellaronda circuit. I highly recommend the property. A big hug to Mrs. Rosa and her nephew, and see you soon.

Beautiful and welcoming

Simple but very welcoming. Excellent breakfasts. Very kind owner. Access to the ski slopes is about a hundred meters away, and it's also close to restaurants, pizzerias, and shops.

Strategic position

We stayed at this bed and breakfast during the Christmas period. The property is dated but well-maintained. The rooms were spacious enough (we had a double room with an extra bed), and the bathroom had a shower. Free internet access is available. Breakfast is served by Mrs. Rosa in a lovely room on the ground floor, and includes butter, jam, and cured meats. The ski room is spacious and warm. The location is excellent for ski-in ski-out, with the slopes just 100 meters away. For the quality/price ratio, I highly recommend this property.
