Excellent apartment, both for quality and location

Excellent apartment in the center of La Villa! Modern and comfortable, with a garage and ski storage room. It's located opposite the Doninz/Gardenaccia ski lift and just a few meters from Piz La Ila. Supermarket, ski rental, and shops are right across the street. Loretta, the owner, was incredibly kind and welcoming. It was truly a wonderful stay, thank you, Loretta.

Unique apartment

This spacious and comfortable apartment is beautifully located. Perfect for a week-long family stay. The ski lift is just across the street, and the large gondola lift is a 5-minute walk away. A large supermarket is located opposite the building, which is a great convenience. The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage, which can easily be accessed with a Thule roof rack. The owner is very friendly and helpful, and speaks very good English, making communication easy for international guests. We hope to return next year to the beautiful Alta Badia region.

Everything very beautiful

We stayed with three adults. The apartment is tastefully furnished, with every space designed for comfort and convenience. The kitchen is top-quality. It's an apartment where you could live in style. Once you arrive, you won't need a car; everything is within walking distance.

An ideal home in an ideal place

The Te Paisc apartment is the perfect place for the perfect ski holiday! Once you get there, you can leave your cars unused for a whole week in the two convenient covered parking spaces. The ski school is right down the street. If you have a four-year-old, like we did, you can easily get downstairs five minutes before lessons start, and when you pick them up midday, you're instantly home to feed them and rest as needed. The house is also ideal for children and adults. The best ski lifts in Val Badia are just steps away, all easily accessible. With your ski boots and skis on your back, you can only walk a few meters; the rest of Val Badia can be explored on skis for the rest of the day. It's an immense privilege to be the first, every morning, to ski the Gran Risa (our beloved Alberto Tomba's World Cup black run!). Riding that freshly groomed slope (and before the crowds arrive) makes you feel like you're in heaven! The Te Paisc apartment, in addition to being well-furnished with all the comforts, has fantastic windows and balconies overlooking the slopes. At the same time, it's a house in the center of town, where you don't need a car to go shopping, to go to the pharmacy or the ATM, to rent skis and boots, to buy a ski pass or the necessary sportswear, or to go to a restaurant, because everything is right there. In the evening, when the ski lifts close, right under the house there's a wonderful place for aperitifs and tasting local products. Last but not least, the medical center with a very good orthopedic surgeon on hand in case anyone gets injured. And finally, the hosts, Mrs. Loretta and her family: they are exceptional, truly welcoming people. Always ready to answer your questions and meet your needs. In short, the ideal place for an ideal vacation! The only small suggestion: include an electric oven among the kitchen elements, because in my opinion the microwave is not enough.

Exceptional holiday in this wonderful property

Everything was absolutely wonderful. The property was perfect, clean, and well-appointed with all the comforts, and it's centrally located, so a car (in the garage) is truly unnecessary. Whether you're skiing or simply shopping, everything is within easy reach. The icing on the cake was the warm and professional welcome. Mrs. Loretta made us feel right at home and is a fantastic person. I recommend everyone to try this wonderful experience.

Everything is beautiful

We stayed in this beautiful apartment in the center of La Villa in July 2021. The apartment boasts refined, modern furnishings, a bright living room with a large window, and, despite being on the street, extremely quiet. The central location, close to all shops, and a garage with reserved parking spaces mean no parking worries. The owner was very kind and helpful (she even left us a strudel when we arrived). We hope to be able to return soon.

Apartment ok!

Fantastic summer vacation

We spent a wonderful week at the Te Paisc apartment. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Mrs. Loretta and her husband, who made our arrival even more pleasant by offering us a delicious strudel. We immediately loved the apartment, and during our stay, we were able to confirm our initial positive impression: it was in an excellent location, welcoming, thoughtfully furnished, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Practically perfect! We hope to be back soon!

Weekend in August 2020

We stayed three days (2 nights) at the Belstè apartment, the first thought you have when you enter is... "I never want to leave here!" The apartment is beautiful, perfect, meticulously furnished, incredibly welcoming, and in a perfect location, right in the center of town, with shops and bars downstairs and a supermarket across the street. Underground parking is available, so you don't even have to worry about where to park your car, and Mrs. Loretta is incredibly kind. If I may make one comment, I would add a flower stand or partitions on the terrace, which is shared with the other apartment. When we said goodbye to the lady we said we'd see each other again soon... let's hope so!

Beautiful

We stayed here in August. The apartment was beautiful, in a great location in the center of town. It was tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean, with absolutely everything you could need. Mrs. Loretta, who was incredibly kind, welcomed us with a very pleasant surprise. We'll definitely be back!
