The family run house Bachmann is located near the city center and offers breathtaking views of the Haunold. The apartments in various sizes are accessible by elevator and accessible for handicapped people. The lifts of the Haunold are reachable within three minutes by foot and the cross-country skiing trail as well as the starting point for many hikes are located directly behind the house. The bike paths to Bruneck or Lienz are in the immediate vicinity. The newly-built homes are built according to building standard "Climahouse" and have underfloor heating, air conditioning, wireless LAN, satellite TV, underground parking, elevator, etc. The whole building is built with biological timber.
