We can only say that everything about our stay in these apartments was perfect. The location is less than 5 minutes from the center, yet just as quiet. It's also convenient for hiking. The hosts make you feel at home right away. We'll definitely be back.

A comfortable and relaxing stay

We spent a wonderful week in this very welcoming apartment with a panoramic terrace, ideal for dog owners like us. Just steps from the center of San Candido, it's located in a quiet area for rest and relaxation. The rooms are well-equipped with new furnishings. Among the best we've seen while traveling around Italy.

View of Baranci!

Beautiful apartment overlooking Baranci! Cozy, warm, clean, comfortable... perfect! The owner is helpful and kind. During my stay, in December, the price was really excellent. Recommended to everyone.

A paradise in the center

A wonderful autumn holiday spent in this paradise just steps from the center. The apartment is brand new, with all the comforts, and the large terrace is truly the icing on the cake. Spectacular view. The location is perfect for getting around on foot without having to use your car: 2 minutes from the center, 1 minute from the Acquafun. The house also has a well-maintained garden equipped for children. Truly a fairytale place.

Really fantastic!

We stayed in the apartment for just one night, a group of four, but it was enough to say that we'd never seen such a well-maintained, clean, and organized apartment. We had a wonderful time, and if we ever vacation in the area again, we'd definitely stay there again.

Like being at home

After twenty years of staying in apartments in various locations in the Dolomites, I've finally found the best. Better late than never! The friendliness and helpfulness, coupled with discretion, were greatly appreciated. The terrace is fabulous with a remarkable view.

Gorgeous and everything perfect

We stayed in both apartments last week, there were 8 of us, including my daughter and our respective parents, all of a certain age. Absolutely perfect, from the cleanliness to the location to the kindness of Mrs. Birgit, who thought of making us a little something for my birthday and my daughter's—she was truly kind. And what about the furnishings and utensils provided? Nothing was missing, and above all, they were top-quality. The carpeted terrace, the breathtaking view of the Baranci, and the outdoor furniture were also outstanding. It's a shame it's already fully booked for Christmas and August, otherwise I would have already booked for our next vacation! Truly a wonderful place!

Excellent structure

We recently returned from beautiful San Candido, where we stayed in apartment no. 2 of this property, which—no small feat for those seeking tranquility—consists of only two rental apartments (first floor) and the owners' residence (ground floor). We had no complaints, the owners were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and even gave us a wonderful, unexpected surprise on my husband's birthday with a box of chocolates on our doorstep. The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher (no oven), the rooms are spacious, with underfloor heating in the bathroom, and a beautiful covered terrace with carpet, deckchairs, and a table for dining. Unfortunately, given the temperatures (sometimes -13°C), we could only enjoy it from the window. We brought our dog with us. Private parking is available on the property. Based on our experience, I highly recommend it, so much so that my parents, amazed by our enthusiasm, have decided to book for June. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Erharter family.
