Small but comfortable

Exceptional

Small, very charming, and above all, spotlessly clean apartment. It has everything you need for a peaceful vacation. The location is excellent, just five minutes from the center of Cortina. Silvana is a very helpful person. Highly recommended.

Week Lut Wonderful

My family and I stayed at the apartment because I was participating in the Lavaredo Ultra Trail. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious, clean, and efficient in every way. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Silvana was excellent in every way. I highly recommend it.

Trust, information and attention from the owners

The owners were kind, attentive, and responded promptly. Silvana was welcoming and friendly, offering us a delicious welcome drink. The apartment was comfortable and well-equipped. The tranquility and amenities of the village, close to Cortina but with a relaxed atmosphere.

Very welcoming and with attention to every detail.

Silvana's apartment is incredibly welcoming and clean. Despite its small size, it's fully equipped and meticulously designed—nothing is missing! Silvana was very kind and welcoming. Upon arrival, we found a welcome tart, which was incredibly welcome after a long journey. Upon leaving, she bid us farewell with a homemade grappa. We hope to return to Cortina soon and stay in one of her properties again :-)

How to feel at home

Very comfortable apartment, just steps from Cortina. The owner is very kind and attentive. She welcomed us with an excellent tart and delighted us with the best of her garden during our stay. It was like feeling right at home!

A welcoming home in Cortina d’Ampezzo

We had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful apartment in Cortina d'Ampezzo from February 12 to 19, 2023, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to spend their winter holidays without breaking the bank. The rooms are extremely comfortable, with simple yet high-quality furnishings that instantly make you feel at home. Furthermore, the rooms are very warm and welcoming, which is a huge plus when you're in the mountains during the winter. The apartments' location is fantastic—close to Cortina, along the old railway line, allowing you to reach the city in about 35 minutes on foot or just a few minutes by car. This means you can enjoy the beauty of the surrounding landscape while conveniently commuting to the center. Another great advantage is the presence of a Eurospin store nearby, which makes shopping easy and convenient. The apartment is ideal for families/couples as it features two bathrooms (one a guest bathroom) and a welcoming living room, allowing everyone to have their own space and relax after a day spent in the mountains. One small drawback is the traffic noise from the nearby road, but that's a trade-off to be expected for such a convenient location close to the city center. However, it's important to note that the noise is fairly subdued and didn't significantly interfere with our stay. In short, this apartment is the ideal place to spend your vacation in Cortina d'Ampezzo, thanks to its convenient location, comfort, and warm welcome. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing mountain getaway.

First holiday in Cortina

We stayed at the Trampolino apartment from July 31st to August 14th. It's beautiful, newly renovated, and beautifully furnished in mountain style. Perfectly clean, it's in an excellent location, a 4-minute drive from the center of Cortina, or even better, a 20-minute walk along the pleasant bike path. Silvana was extremely kind and helpful, welcoming us with a delicious Linzer Torte and tasty produce from her local garden. Two bathrooms, a washing machine, and a dishwasher are all included... what more could we ask for?! Everything was perfect!

A happy stay

A top-notch mountain-style living room

I was looking for an apartment where I could spend a few days in total relaxation, and beyond my own personal peace of mind, I found a very warm welcome. Mrs. Silvana greeted me with a warm smile and kindness, immediately providing me with all the information I needed to manage the apartment and some suggestions for excursions. I found the space immaculately clean and meticulously maintained (even the eye deserves its share). The suite where I stayed, in typical rustic mountain style, is very beautiful, equipped with everything I need and more (a full kitchen from a coffee maker to all kinds of pots and pans). The view of the Ampezzo valley and its stunning mountains is wonderful. For those who are less lazy, there's a pleasant walk to the center. I highly recommend Mrs. Silvana's apartments; she will make you feel at home. I appreciated the apartment and the friendly service. I can't wait to return!

We felt at home

I had booked Silvana's two apartments for a weekend in February, but COVID-19 kept us home. She was incredibly kind and helpful, moving our reservation to the following month. We found two tastefully furnished and well-equipped apartments, even including sponges and soaps in the kitchen! Three wonderful days with our children and grandchildren, thanks in part to her warm hospitality. Excellent location, away from the crowds but very convenient for both the town center and the ski slopes. Highly recommended.
