Three lovely apartments with an amazing view on Mount Tofana and Cortina. Located in Cortina d’Ampezzo, about 300m far from the Socrepes Lifts Area Tofana, the best ski area in Cortina. You can go home straight with your skies still on.
The center of Cortina is less than 1.2 km far, comfortably reachable on foot in 5-10 minutes, breath-taking view on all Cortina, silence and absolute tranquillity!
It is located in a house of our property, parking and a large garden with table and chairs for relaxing moments. Independent entrance with internal stairs and ski deposit in the entrance.
1. Suite Gilardon: the apartment is an attic with a breath-taking view and tastefully furnished. Entrance, living-room, tyrolean stube with loft bed, TV, queen size sofa-bed, double bedroom with TV, bathroom with Teuco tub, kitchen with a corner bench. Little Terrace with table and bench facing Cortina. Loft under the roof with two single beds/one double.
2. Apartment Tofana: it’s located at the ground floor with an amazing view on Mount Tofana. Big living room-kitchen complete with all. Double sofa-bed, armchair-bed. Washing machine and vacuum cleaner are inclusive. Double bedroom with wardrobe and table, bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and sink. Terrace in front of the living room with table and chairs.
3. Apartment Chalet Larici: Apartment on the first and top floor with spectacular views of Tofana. It consists of a double room furnished in wood (a cot can be added upon request for children aged 0-3 years or an additional single bed); 2 rooms with bunk beds; independent kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, table and chairs; beautiful living room with sofa, armchair, TV and sideboard; bathroom with large shower, sink, toilet and bidet. 2 large terraces with table and bench for relaxing moments.
Washing machine and vacuum cleaner are provided in all apartments.
One outdoor parking space is available for each apartment, as well as a private garden for guests with table and chairs can be found in the outdoor lake area.
Bus stop is 30 m away, restaurant-pizzeria is 300 m away, play and bike park, ski slope 300 m and supermarket 900 m.
Check-in from 16:00 to 20:00.
Chek-out by 9:00.
Heating and hot water are counted separately and must be paid according to consumption.
Upon agreement, a dog is admitted (small to medium-sized dog). Cats or other animals are not allowed.
