The 70 sqm flat consists of a living area with an entrance hall, kitchen with kitchenette leading onto a large living room where there is a table with bench and a sofa-bed. From here there is access to the 5 sq m terrace. And a sleeping area consisting of a hallway with two wardrobes, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk bed with a fixed ladder, a blind bathroom with a shower wall over a bathtub and a storage room. The property is equipped with washing machine, fridge, microwave, oven, gas + electric hob, 2 TVs, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, toaster, air fryer, Wi-Fi. In the basement of the condominium there is an 18 sqm garage with a 2m opening. Located 200 metres from the centre of Tarvisio town and at the same time close to the footpaths and ski slopes.
The asking price starts at 90 euro per night for 2 people in low season. 30 to 50 euros are required for final cleaning. All kinds of bed and kitchen linen, towels, blankets, duvets are included.
When booking, 30% of the total amount must be paid within 3 days by bank transfer. There is no cancellation fee up to 10 days before arrival. From the 9th day onwards the deposit paid will be retained.
On arrival guests will sign a short holiday contract and their details will be forwarded to the local police. Visitor’s tax is 1 euro per person per day from 12 years of age for the first 7 days of stay.
Animals and smokers are not allowed. No agencies.
Rentals of at least 4 days are preferred.
