In the centre of Tarvisio, in Via Veneto 42, on the 3rd and last floor with lift of the Rododendro complex, a large two-room apartment is rented for holidays and can accommodate up to 4 - 5 people.
The apartment (approx. 70 sq m) consists of a living area with entrance hall, kitchen, living room with sofa bed and 6 sq m terrace; and a sleeping area consisting of corridor, storage room, 2 double bedrooms, windowless bathroom with shower over bath.
In the basement there is the garage (entrance width 200 cm) for the car, skis or bicycles, while in the attic (going up half a floor from the apartment) there is a common drying room.
The apartment is equipped with all electrical appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, ironing board, iron, toaster, hairdryer, induction hob, wifi. The winter heating is centralized with calorie counter.
The north-south exposure makes the house bright and airy. From the apartment you can easily walk to the centre, the ski slopes, the Alpe Adria cycle route and some of the main trails on the valley floor.
Animals are not allowed. Smokers are not allowed. Not suitable for people with disability. No agencies.
Bed linen and towels are included.
Rentals of a minimum of 4 days are welcome.
Check-in by 2 p.m., check-out by 10 a.m. Payment 30% in advance by bank transfer at time of booking. Withdrawal up to 10 days with refund of the part paid. Payment upon arrival in cash or in advance by bank transfer. No checks are accepted.
