Excellent apartment

Very welcoming and spacious apartment with a beautiful view of the lake and Mount Civetta. It's located in the center of town and close to the ski lifts. Recommended.

Skiing from the peaks to the lake

This was the third time we returned to this beautiful and comfortable house to enjoy the fantastic slopes of the Civetta ski area. The house, overlooking the lake, which is currently completely frozen, is conveniently located within the town with all amenities (bars, shops, pharmacy, Co-op, ski rentals, etc.) and close to the ski lifts. The only small issue to report this year was the noise from the radiators; since it's a shared heating system, it's not the apartment's fault, and in any case, the house was warm, even though the maximum outside temperature during those days never exceeded 0°C and was almost always between -11°C and -3°C. I sincerely hope to return next year.

Good experience in convenient location

The location is excellent, about a 5-minute walk from the Alleghe cable car. The house is functional and adequate; some maintenance details, such as electrical outlets, the shower head, and the closet, could be improved to make the stay even more comfortable.

Tastefully furnished apartment with breathtaking views

The view from the apartment is literally breathtaking! We were on the fourth floor, and you can admire the lake from both the living room and the kitchen, while the side windows of the living room and bedrooms offer views of Mount Civetta. The apartment is tastefully furnished, equipped with every comfort, and very clean. We will cherish fond memories of the friendliness and kindness of Mrs. Caterina, who welcomed us, and the helpfulness of Mrs. Giovanna, who we spoke with on the phone about the reservation. We've been coming to Alleghe for several years and hope to return to spend our holidays here again!

Exceptional location

The house's location on the lake is exceptional, dreamlike. The property is comfortable, spacious, beautiful, and has an elevator.

I can’t wait to come back!

The apartment is truly lovely, it lacks nothing. The bathroom is brand new, and it has a beautiful terrace with a spectacular view of the lake and Mount Civetta. It's true that there's a lot of traffic at certain times (the typical arrival and departure times for us tourists), but on the other hand, as I said, it's right in the center, and the windows, also new, don't let in the slightest noise. I can't wait to plan my next vacation to return!

Fully met our expectations

The apartment fully met our expectations. Only a couple of issues, which we didn't consider essential, prevented us from giving it an entirely excellent rating. The first concerns the lack of shutters: in our opinion, this makes the rooms very bright from the early hours of the morning, making it a bit difficult to stay asleep (the curtains, in fact, don't completely block out the windows). The second concerns the double bed mattress, which, again in our opinion, has probably been in use for several years: it was excessively soft in the middle and didn't offer good support. Aside from these details, the apartment fully met our expectations.

Spectacular view

Beautiful and spacious apartment with a spectacular view of Lake Alleghe. Excellent location, equipped with all amenities. Our only complaint: the blackout curtains are perhaps a bit small for the windows. Overall, we had a great time.

Great base for cycling training

Week in Alleghe

Super location, spacious apartment

The comfortable and spacious apartment comes with an awesome view from the window and, in general, a super location. It is close to the slopes and you can dry your skiing stuff in the private ski-room. Car park and lift available. The owner is really nice and helpful.

Location more than satisfactory

Well-maintained, quiet apartment with elevator service at an attractive price. We really appreciated the location, which despite being central, still allowed us to have a peaceful holiday close to all amenities. Friendliness and helpfulness on the part of the landladies. I recommend it.
