This house, opened at Christmas 2019, is really nice, comfortable and elegant.
The apartment for 4+2 people has 2 double rooms, living room with sofa bed for 2 people, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and sitting room, balcony with lake and mountain view. Tv sat, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, microwave oven, internet wifi.
The apartment for 3+2 people has 1 three beds room, living room with sofa bed for 2 people, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and sitting room. Small balconies with lake and mountain view. Tv sat, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, microwave oven, kettle, safe box, internet wifi.
In the house there is also a Wellness center with sauna, Turkish bath and relax area open few days a week during Summer season and free for the guests.
The apartments are in Alleghe centre, Europa house is in a quite and panoramic location just in front of Alleghe lake, 150 mt far from the square and 350 mt from Civetta gondola, open even in summer.
There is an outdoor parking place, elevator, garden and own deposit for each apartment with ski boot warmers.
In the rental price light, water, gas, end cleaning, bed linen and towels are included
