A small, charming and very bright ground-floor apartment in a typical mountain house, with direct access to a large garden.

The apartment consists of:
- a kitchen/living area with a double sofa bed;
- a double bedroom;
- a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and washing machine;
- an entrance hall.

The apartment is equipped with a TV, pots and crockery, and everything needed for cooking, as well as blankets, pillows and bedspreads. It has independent heating and also a wood-burning stove, which provides a cosy "mountain" warmth. Free Wi-Fi is available. There is a private parking space and a storage room for skis, bicycles and pushchairs. Dogs are welcome. The large garden features a veranda for outdoor dining, a barbecue, deckchairs and sun loungers.
It is located in the village of Mezzano (one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in Italy"), two kilometres from Fiera di Primiero, on a quiet street just 100 metres from a supermarket, pharmacy, newsagent, and bus and ski bus stop. Nearby you will find lovely meadows, pleasant walking paths, a cycle and pedestrian track, a sports centre, a playground, and a cross-country ski trail.
