The big lime tree after which the apartment is named is the one standing in the garden, offering scents, shade, flowers and branches to climb on.
The apartment is on the ground floor, very convenient for families with children and elderly who can’t climb stairs.
It is located a few minutes on foot from the center of Fiera di Primiero, in quiet hamlet of Transacqua.
It is a very comfortable apartment, modernly furnished, located on the ground floor of a quiet villa at the end of a private road, far from busy streets. Some nice restaurants and bars are about 200 metres away.
The apartment consists of:
- a spacious living area with fully equipped kitchen and living room with large TV and sofa bed (very comfortable);
- a large bedroom (double bed + third bed) with private bathroom with shower;
- one room with double bed
- a bathroom with shower and bathtub;
- an entrance.
Guests will find of course all appliances, washing machine and dishwasher included.
Free wifi.
Moreover, for your safety, the apartment is sterilised with active oxygen after every guests’ departure. Central heating and also a wooden stove, useful during cooler evenings.
Its strong point is the large and quiet garden, sheltered by the hedge, where you can have lunch, sunbathe, read or play. It is equipped with a swing and a wooden house.
Two parking spaces: one in the garage and one in a private parking lot.
