A break that is all yours: experience gentle exercise, meditation and inspiring conversations in Merano with unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains. To ensure lasting improvements, we will provide you with effective tips on how to incorporate healthy sleeping habits into your daily life at home, supported by a conscious balance in your digital routine.
Our package includes:
- Theoretical principles relating to sleep and digital balance as well as practical exercises and meditations with Nora Lynn Rodiek
- 3 nights in one of our Design rooms
- Rich breakfast until 11.00 am
- 4-course à la carte menu for dinner at the restaurant Olivi (with half-board booking)
- Unique rooftop wellness-oasis Sky Spa on 3.200m² (starting from 14 years)
- Garden Spa on 1.250 m² (without any age restrictions)
- Free entrance to the pools of the Terme Merano – easily reachable via the underground "bathrobe tunnel"
- Free parking in our garage with video surveillance (one space per room)
