As the days grow shorter and the light becomes softer, Mantari – Veronika Eschgfäller invites you to a special yoga session. Gentle movements, conscious breathing and mindful relaxation guide you step by step towards greater peace and inner balance. This nurturing practice offers you space for self-care – time just for you.

Arrive, take a deep breath, feel yourself – and enjoy the winter light in its quiet, healing power.
