Every Friday, from the beginning of May to mid-October, farmers from the Sterzing area offer their local quality products at the farmers' market. At the market in the town square of Sterzing, people meet for the weekly purchase of local South Tyrolean products or for a "glass of wine". On six summer evenings every Wednesday, the town centre of Sterzing / Vipiteno turns into a mile of culinary delights in the glow of lanterns.
