With "Seeds of the Future," Alpe Cimbra dedicates a special event to mountain bread and the value of ancient grains and local varieties—symbols of biodiversity, sustainability, and regional identity.
An opportunity to rediscover the deep connection between land, agriculture, and community, and to explore how the revival of traditional seeds can become a valuable resource for the future of mountain regions.
The festival will be a moment of connection and exchange among:

Through talks, workshops, and experiences, visitors will explore resilient mountain agriculture, learn about the nutritional value of ancient grain flours, and enjoy a journey of genuine flavors and traditional knowledge.
There will also be engaging activities for both adults and children:
hands-on bread-making workshops
milling demonstrations from grain to flour
guided tastings
a producers’ market featuring local flours, bread, baked goods, honey, jams, and craft grain beers
