11–12 November – Mattias Trophy 2026

To mark the tenth anniversary of Mattias’s passing, Livigno will host the Mattias Trophy, an event that combines remembrance, passion and talent. The stars of the show will be students from hospitality schools across Lombardy and the Triveneto region, ready to put their skills to the test in a team competition covering kitchen, front-of-house and hospitality. An experience of exchange, growth and sharing, designed to recognise the commitment and creativity of the younger generation and to transform the memory of Mattias into an opportunity to look to the future.
