Autumn Flavours
From mid-September to the end of November, restaurants celebrate autumn with seasonal flavours and produce.
Every Friday evening, in particular, a signature autumn ingredient will take centre stage in a dedicated event: week after week, a different restaurant will showcase it through a tasting menu designed to highlight its characteristics, nuances and seasonality, whilst also highlighting its deep connection to the local area. An opportunity to experience autumn through taste, allowing yourself to be surprised each time by a new interpretation.
