A Sunny Saturday on Monte Zugna

Monte Zugna is home to the Astronomical Observatory run by the Fondazione Museo Civico di Rovereto.

Here, beneath a four-metre dome, you’ll have the chance to use three telescopes, plus an additional solar telescope on the ground floor. This means you can observe the sky even during the day and discover fascinating details about the Sun: sunspots, solar prominences, and its spectrum. With the Civic Museum’s experts, you’ll learn how to explore the sky and see our star in a whole new light.
