International Tournament

In Rovereto, the Easter weekend turns into a celebration for everyone.

The International Tournament "Città della Pace" is a staple of Easter in Vallagarina. From the 3rd to the 5th of April 2026, thousands of young athletes hailing from all over the world compete on the field across different disciplines, celebrating the values of sport, socialization, and fair play. This is followed by a rich programme of events that inspire reflection on the themes of peace, coexistence, and exchange.

PROGRAMME:
FRIDAY, 3rd OF APRIL

10:00 am – 6:00 pm, Stadio Quercia | Accreditation of the participating teams
8:00 pm | Welcome Show: a show to welcome all the teams taking part in the tournament
SATURDAY, 4th OF APRIL

8:30 am, Colle di Miravalle, Campana dei Caduti | Opening Ceremony: each nation will read the oath, followed by the notes of its national anthem. The Ceremony will conclude with the 100 tolls of the Maria Dolens bell, symbol of universal peace.
10:30 am | Parade through the streets of the city centre. Departure from "Piazzale Achille Leoni" and final celebration in "Piazza U. Savoia" (MART).
1:00 pm – 7:00 pm | Qualification rounds on the playing fields of Vallagarina
SUNDAY, 5th OF APRIL

9:00 am – 4:00 pm | Qualification rounds and semifinals on the playing fields of Vallagarina
5:00 pm – 10:00 pm, Stadio Quercia | Football tournament finals
10:00 pm, Stadio Quercia | Award Ceremony and Closing Ceremony. The top three teams in each category will be awarded by the authorities, and a Fair Play prize will be presented. The Ceremony will conclude with the fireworks display "Luci di Pace".
