Under the motto "Dishes with a Story", a food stall serves traditional meals from days gone by – authentically prepared and with a deep love for South Tyrolean cuisine.
High-quality exhibitors present regional products all centered around fine food – from handmade specialties to delightful gift ideas for gourmets.
Ancient crafts come to life on site: watch, discover, and marvel at how things used to be made.
