Entorn Vich: Ladin Traditions and Flavours

As the sun sets over the Dolomites and the streets of the village of Vigo light up with lanterns, aromas and smiles, Entorn Vich returns – an unmissable evening event for those who love genuine traditions and good food. From 7:30 pm onwards, the village transforms into a tasting trail, filled with encounters, flavours, and shared moments.

At each stop along the village’s central streets, between chats and laughter, you can sample the finest specialities prepared with local ingredients – thanks to the dedication of volunteers and chefs from local hotels: mountain cheeses and cured meats, carne salada, barley soup, dumplings, polenta with sausage and sauerkraut, apple strudel … A menu that tells the story of the region with every mouthful.

Adding to the evening’s charm are exceptional drinks: selected Trentino wines chosen by the Cembrani DOC Consortium, organic juices, syrups, and artisanal grappas crafted by Cianeva de la Sgnapa. But Entorn Vich is not just about taste – along the way you’ll also find folk dance performances, live music, traditional craft demonstrations, and activities for the whole family, all thanks to the vibrant involvement of local associations.
