The Hotel Portavescovo is situated in Arabba, a village between the ski resort Alta Badia and the valley Val di Fassa. It is located right in the heart of the Dolomites, which were declared UNESCO World Heritage Site in June 2009. This hotel disposes of both, rooms and different types of apartment. Very kind staff, excellent breakfast and dinner

The hotel, while not new, is well-maintained and offers all the comforts you could need. The staff is extremely kind and friendly. Breakfast and dinner were truly excellent. I would definitely return.

Relax

Excellent location for excursions, possibility of using the cable car where dogs are also accepted. Friendly staff, generous breakfast and dinner with a wide selection and a buffet. Wellness service available in the afternoon after returning from excursions. Acceptance of our animal friends is certainly positive.

Everything perfect

I stayed at this hotel for a week, and everything was perfect. The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable, the small spa where you can relax, the breakfast and dinner buffet with everything you could want, followed by a choice of three first courses, three second courses, and three desserts, the maître d', waiters, and all the staff were very kind and helpful, and there was parking in front of the hotel. If we really wanted to find a flaw, I'd say the TV in the room didn't get many channels, but perhaps that was a temporary problem and after a day of trekking, TV wasn't that important... I will definitely be back!
