It’s a shame to have to leave
Found by chance, this charming hotel has become a regular escape from stress: we spend at least a weekend at the Valbruna Inn, and there are many reasons. First and foremost, the hospitality, professionalism, and courtesy of manager Giovanna and the entire staff; they're always ready to fulfill their guests' wishes and pamper them. The first time I found the hotel online and booked a standard room to spend my partner's birthday. Giovanna, without even telling me, gave us a free upgrade to the nicest room, and the staff offered us a voucher for an aperitif at a wonderful bar in Tarvisio; we were already filled with wonder. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and welcoming; everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail. The rooms are bright and the beds comfortable, the furnishings elegant, and the breakfast, featuring local products, is varied and delicious, with quality food, exquisite homemade cakes, and much more, including options for intolerances and allergies like gluten. We returned and spent three nights in the Pellis painter room, which, besides being wonderful with a bathtub and a large balcony overlooking the mountains, introduced me to the story of this Friulian artist who loved the snowy landscapes of Valbruna. We also took advantage of the FVG card available to guests for excursions in the area (the Monti Lussari and Sella Nevea cable cars, but there were many other experiences available to book), another treat we never expected. Thank you Giovanna and thank you staff. It's sad to say goodbye, but we definitely want to come back!

È un peccato dover andar via
Trovato per caso, questo grazioso albergo è diventato la meta ricorrente di fuga dallo stress: facciamo almeno un weekend al Valbruna Inn e i motivi sono molti. In primis l’accoglienza, professionalità e cortesia della manager Giovanna e di tutto il personale; sono sempre tutti pronti ad esaudire i desideri dei loro clienti e a coccolarli. La prima volta avevo trovato l’albergo online e avevo prenotato una camera standard per trascorrere la notte del compleanno del mio compagno. Giovanna, senza nemmeno dirmelo, ci ha fatto l’upgrade gratuito nella camera più bella e lo staff ci ha offerto un voucher per aperitivo in un bellissimo bar a Tarvisio; eravamo già pieni di meraviglia così.
L’albergo è bello, pulito, accogliente, tutto è curato nel minimo dettaglio. Le camere sono luminose e i letti confortevoli, l’arredo è elegante, la colazione con prodotti del territorio è varia e buonissima, con cibo di qualità, torte fatte in casa squisite e tanto altro anche per intolleranze e allergie come quella al glutine. Siamo tornati e abbiamo trascorso 3 notti nella stanza pittore Pellis che, oltre ad essere meravigliosa con vasca e ampio balcone con vista montagna, mi ha fatto scoprire la storia di questo artista friulano innamorato dei paesaggi innevati di Valbruna. Abbiamo inoltre usufruito della FVG card messa a disposizione dei clienti per le escursioni in zona (cabinovia dei Monti Lussari e Sella Nevea, ma c’erano tantissime altre esperienze prenotabili), altra coccola che non ci saremmo mai aspettati. Grazie Giovanna e grazie staff, ormai salutarci è triste, ma tornare a trovarvi è d’obbligo!

Excellent, I can't use any other word. The place is a haven of tranquility, the hotel is well-kept, welcoming, elegant, and authentic all at the same time. The welcome and treatment were as if we were longtime guests, courtesy and availability to our every request, suggestions on places to visit and where to dine. In short, we truly felt at home! Thank you! We will definitely be back!

Eccellente, non posso usare altro termine. Il luogo è un paradiso di tranquillità, l’hotel è curato, accogliente, elegante e tipico allo stesso tempo. Accoglienza e trattamento come se fossimo clienti da sempre, cortesia e disponibilità ad ogni nostra richiesta, suggerimenti su luoghi da visitare e dove cenare. Insomma, ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa! Grazie! Torneremo sicuramente a trovarvi!

I will return: the welcome, kindness, helpfulness, and courtesy were truly exceptional. We have two medium-large dogs, who, unusually, were welcomed with kindness and warmth. Unfortunately, our son, just over a year old, became ill during our stay, and the entire staff, from the manager to the cook and the cleaning staff, were attentive, helpful, and extremely helpful. What stands out is not only their professionalism, but also their great humanity, which, as you can see, goes out of their way to make guests feel at ease. I'm usually more critical in my reviews, but I must admit that this vacation, thanks to these people and the facility, truly made me happy and satisfied with my choice.

Accoglienza e gentilezza
Ci tornerò: accoglienza, gentilezza, disponibilità e cortesia, ambiente molto pulito. Noi abbiamo due cani di taglia medio-grande che, a differenza del solito, sono stati accolti con gentilezza e simpatia. Purtroppo nostro figlio di poco più di un anno, durante la permanenza, si è ammalato, e tutto il personale, dalla manager, alla cuoca e al personale delle pulizie, si è dimostrato attento, solerte ed estremamente disponibile nei nostri confronti. Quello che si nota è non solo la professionalità, ma anche la grande umanità di queste persone che, come si vede, fanno di tutto per mettere a proprio agio il cliente. Solitamente sono più severa nelle recensioni ma devo ammettere che questa vacanza, grazie a queste persone e alla struttura, mi ha veramente reso contenta e soddisfatta della scelta.
