Gourmet weekend in a beautiful landscape

We stayed at the Rosemarie wellness and gourmet hotel with friends from Thursday to Sunday, and the wellness and culinary offerings were absolutely outstanding! The breakfast is simply exceptional: varied, lovingly prepared, sustainably served, and offering the finest delicacies from the region, the garden, and the natural surroundings of the Passeier Valley. Dinner was also wonderfully prepared and another highlight of our beautiful days here. The service was always exceptionally friendly and pleasant, and nothing was lacking.

Comfortable atmosphere, courtesy and excellent cuisine

Very welcoming and well-kept atmosphere, attentive, extremely courteous, and proactive yet never intrusive staff. The cuisine is excellent. My only suggestion: a few more reasonably priced options on the wine list would be appreciated.

A dream hotel

A place to arrive and feel at home from the very first moment. We spent wonderful, relaxing, and culinary delights at Hotel Rosmarie. It combines a stylish ambiance, genuine warmth, superb cuisine, impressive design, and a wellness area that is truly exceptional. You immediately sense the love and dedication that has gone into this hotel. You feel welcome from the moment you arrive. You don't feel like a guest, but rather a cherished friend. The hostess, Verena, is also exceptional. She is always present, personally bringing dishes to the tables, greeting guests several times during their stay, and genuinely inquiring about their well-being. The hotel's cuisine impresses with its high-quality dishes, fresh ingredients, and diverse menu. The creativity of the dishes and the friendly, professional service staff, who are always attentive to the guests' needs, deserve special mention.

A wonderful wellness hotel

This hotel is truly exceptional. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, with a wide variety of homemade herbs and spices, and the five-course dinner (half-board) was simply outstanding and creative. Special requests, such as vegetarian dishes, were easily accommodated. Verena lovingly attends to the guests, and there are always little surprises, such as daily changing aperitifs featuring seasonal herbs and fruits. The spa area is fantastic, with stunning mountain views. Not to mention the beautifully furnished rooms, which were spotlessly clean. There is absolutely nothing to criticize, and we have rarely experienced such an excellent hotel. In addition, it boasts a fantastic location in the Passeier Valley, from where you can embark on wonderful hikes.

Perfect short stay as part of the Merano High Trail

The five of us hiked the Merano High Trail and found the perfect accommodation for one night at the Rosmarie. We stayed in the annex, in a modern, clean room with a spacious bathroom and shower. Dinner was delicious, and the breakfast selection was truly fantastic. There were so many delicacies that you couldn't possibly try everything in one day. The new wellness area features lovely saunas and wonderful waterbeds. You could spend all day relaxing in the loungers, admiring the breathtaking mountain panorama of Pfelders. The warm hospitality of the family who run the hotel deserves special mention; they shared some lovely stories about Pfelders with us. In short, the Rosmarie is exceptionally well-equipped for a three-star hotel, offers excellent value for money, and is therefore highly recommended. We will definitely stay here again when we need a base for hiking or skiing in Pfelders.

A wonderful, family-run hotel in a magnificent landscape.

This was our first time at Hotel Rosmarie. Nevertheless, upon arrival we felt right at home. The warmth and friendliness of Verena and Andreas and the entire Rosmarie team, along with the family atmosphere, were simply overwhelming and yet so genuine. Add to that the generous breakfast buffet, the delicious evening meals, the wonderful room (in the Garni Firn), and the magnificent landscape we explored on our hikes. It was a thoroughly enjoyable and very relaxing holiday. We would love to come back again.

We would love to come again.

A very nice and incredibly welcoming family. Verena, Andreas, and now also their eldest daughter Nadine, as well as all the other staff, take excellent care of the guests. We've already booked our next holiday at the "Rosmarie" because of this.

Wellness and enjoyment

The staff were so friendly and welcoming; we felt very much at home! The breakfast buffet was exceptional! The many homemade specialties were particularly noteworthy: from the various powders to the homemade jams. The food was plentiful, varied, delicious, and exceptionally healthy. The spa area is also beautifully designed, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. It features a whirlpool and relaxation room with stunning mountain views. We also loved the natural wood design of the guest rooms; everything was simply inviting and comfortable. We were incredibly lucky that this hotel also accommodates hikers on shorter stays. Fortunately, we were able to extend our stay a little longer; one night would have been too short.

Warmth, good food and sauna

After our hike on the Merano High Trail, we spent two nights at the Hotel Rosemarie and were particularly impressed by the warmth, commitment and hospitality of the owner. Especially after days of hiking, the modern and well-maintained sauna area, including a whirlpool with direct mountain views, was incredibly soothing and relaxing. The food was also fantastic. A delicious gluten- and dairy-free alternative was always offered for our guest with allergies. We also highly recommend the homemade syrups, such as the larch or spruce syrup. The rooms are charmingly and stylishly furnished. Both the food and the decor clearly prioritize quality and sustainability. Pfleders offers a wealth of wonderful hiking and activity options, while also providing the peace and tranquility that the mountain village offers. The hotel is also ideal for families, and the price-performance ratio is excellent. We lacked nothing and felt very comfortable and welcome. We will definitely be back, and next time for a few more nights.

The hotel and rooms are beautiful, clean, and show great attention to detail.

Unfortunately, we were only there for one day and one night, but we will definitely be back. Even our arrival in Pfelders was captivating. The hotel's friendliness made us feel right at home. Everyone was so kind. The hotel and the rooms were beautiful, clean, and with great attention to detail. Dinner and breakfast were a true delight. I'm not much of a foodie or gourmet myself, just an "average eater," but I couldn't help but use superlatives when it came to these dishes. That might all sound a bit over the top, but that's how it was for me and my hiking companions.

Very good food, very good breakfast, friendly service
