We are a couple and have been traveling regularly to the beautifully elegant village of Pfelders for years. From the very beginning, we have stayed at the Hotel Rosmarie, a haven for gourmets and wellness enthusiasts (and this will continue to be the case). Here's why: Andreas and Verena's culinary skills leave nothing to be desired: from typical South Tyrolean delicacies to Mediterranean-Italian cuisine and modern, balanced, and extravagant creations, there's something for every taste, always at a very fair price. The rooms are modern and contemporary, with a charming, practical, and cozy atmosphere and a great attention to detail. Importantly for us, the mattresses are always in good condition and incredibly comfortable. The Rosmarie has also been continuously expanded with numerous holiday amenities, most recently a spacious wellness area with various saunas and a dreamy relaxation zone with waterbeds and e-bikes available for rent. The two hosts are always ready to help and often have a good insider tip for excursions and the like. What truly makes staying here special, besides the aforementioned amenities, is the friendliness of the owners and their entire team. This is also reflected in the clientele, mostly regulars – consistently relaxed people of all ages, with whom it's easy to strike up a conversation. Here you can truly unwind and enjoy a relaxing holiday, served absolutely top-notch cuisine. Our highest recommendation!

Ein allumfassend-freundliches Genuss- & Wellness Hotel, das seinesgleichen sucht!
Wir sind ein Paar und reisen seit Jahren regelmäßig ins wunderschön-gediegene Pfelders. Von Anfang an haben wir uns bis heute (und dies wird sich zukünftig auch genauso zutragen) im Genuss- & Wellness Hotel Rosmarie einquartiert. Und das deshalb: Die Koch- & Backkünste von Andreas und Verena lassen kulinarisch keine Wünsche offen: von typischen südtiroler Gaumenfreuden über die mediterrane-italienische Küche bis hin zu modernen, ausgewogen-extravaganten Kreationen findet hier jeder Geschmack etwas, stets zu einem absolut fairen Preis. Die Zimmer sind im landestypischen Charme modern und zeitgemäß mit großer, praktischer und gemütlicher Detailverliebtheit gestaltet. Wichtig für uns: Die Bettmatratzen sind stets in Form und superbequem. Auch wurde das Rosmarie stets um viele Urlaubsannehmlichkeiten erweitert, zuletzt um einen großzügigen Wellnessbereich mit verschieden Saunen und einer träumerischen Ruhezone mit Wasserbetten und ausleihbaren E-Bikes. Die beiden Gastgeber stehen stets mit Rat und Tat parat und haben auch oft einen guten Insidertip für Ausflüge und ähnliches in petto.
Was das Logieren hier neben den aufgezählten Gegebenheiten absolut ausmacht, ist die Liebenswürdigkeit der beiden und ihres gesamten Teams. Auch die Klientel, zumeist Stammgäste, spiegelt dies wieder - durchweg entspannte Menschen, aller Altersgruppen, mit denen man gern ins Gespräch kommt. Hier lässt sich wirklich entspannt „Urlauben" und man bekommt absolut hohe Kulinarik serviert. Klarste Empfehlung von uns!

It was a wonderful vacation in an enchanting place. We hiked a lot, but it was worth it. I'll miss everything: the rush of water falling from the mountains, the mountain pastures, the people, the cows, the scent of the grass, the air, the Gufler family with Andreas, Verena, the little girls, Grandpa, and the bunnies. É stata una vacanza in un posto incantevole. Abbiamo camminato tanto, ma ne valeva la pena. Mi mancherà tutto: lo scrosciare dell’acqua che scende dalle montagne, le malghe, gli abitanti, le mucche, il profumo dell’erba, l’aria, la famiglia Gufler con Andreas, Verena, le piccole bambine, il nonno e i coniglietti. The food is a delight, not only for the palate but also for the eyes, and tastes absolutely delicious. Verena and Andreas and their team are true professionals in the kitchen and incredibly warm hosts. The meat and cheese come from the region and the surrounding small farms (e.g., from Zeppichl), resulting in unbeatable quality. The homemade pasta dumplings with cheese filling (the cheese comes from Zeppichl) are especially delicious. Everything is perfect, and we always love eating at Rosmarie.

Das Essen ist ein Genuss, nicht nur für den Gaumen sondern auch für die Augen und schmeckt super lecker. Verena und Andreas mit ihrem Team sind absolute Profis im Kochen und sehr herzliche Gastgeber. Das Fleisch und der Käse stammen aus der Region und den umliegenden kleinen Bauernhöfen (z. B. aus Zeppichl) und haben dadurch eine unschlagbare Qualität. Insbesondere die selbstgemachten Nudelteigtaschen mit Käsefüllung (der Käse kommt aus Zeppichl) sind super lecker. Es ist alles perfekt und wir gehen immer wieder sehr gerne ins Rosmarie essen.

The greeting alone... you immediately feel at ease. Verena is wonderfully kind and helpful. After hiking the Stettiner Hütte in rain and snow, we thoroughly enjoyed the modern and lovingly furnished room and the service at Pension Rosmarie. Whether over coffee, dinner, or breakfast, Verena and her team are simply charming and attentive. We didn't meet Andreas personally, but we likely experienced his culinary skills firsthand. If he was the mastermind behind the delicious dinner, he must be a gifted chef. Verdict: fine dining, superb taste, and beautifully presented! The only downside (or perhaps a hidden gem): the reality is far from what you'd expect from a "2-star guesthouse." We've stayed in 3-star hotels that were significantly worse. In short: highly recommended!

Schon die Begrüßung... man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Verena ist wunderbar nett und hilfsbereit. Nach der Stettiner Hütte bei Regen/Schnee haben wir das moderne und liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer und den Service der Pension Rosmarie genossen. Egal ob beim Kaffee, Abendbrot oder Frühstück, das Team um Verena ist einfach charmant und zuvorkommend. Andreas haben wir persönlich nicht kennengelernt, aber wahrscheinlich via Gaumen. Wenn er der Urheber des köstlichen Abendessens war - ein begnadeter Koch. Urteil: gehobene Küche, hervorragend im Geschmack und toll serviert! Einziges Minus (oder doch Geheimtipp): Die Realität ist weit vom Label "2-Sterne-Pension" entfernt. Erlebte 3-Sterne-Hotels waren mit Abstand schlechter. Zusammenfassung: unbedingt empfehlenswert!
