Stay in December 2025

We stayed half board and everything was top notch: from the comfortable room, to the morning breakfast, to the evening dinner. The cleanliness of the room was also excellent. Basically, everything was a real treat.

My wife, I, and our young son stayed for three nights from January 4th. The hotel's location is excellent, with parking next door and a ramp leading directly to the elevator to our room, which I really appreciated for its convenience. The room was cozy, warm, and both comfortable and heated, with a beautiful view of the Pale di San Martino. The hospitality and dedication to their work were evident not only in the aesthetics but also in the food, as we had lunch and dinner there. I must admit that the food was also really appreciated; excellent fresh produce, beautifully cooked. I can only say that we are thinking of returning in the summer and if we can always stay at the central hotel because we really had a great time.

Central

The hotel is central in the truest sense of the word, as it is located in the centre of the town, at the beginning of the pedestrian area. We walked to the town's two cable cars (Tognola and Rosetta) and also to the nearby children's park for sledding and a baby slope. It is located next to the stream, on the main road of the village that takes you to Passo Rolle. I booked on the fly, on Christmas Day for the 26th for a short one-night trip for 2 people and a 4-year-old girl. We found a beautiful, brand-new room with a balcony, complete with an electric fireplace that added a touch of Christmassy warmth to this ski trip. The dinner was good and we enjoyed it, and the breakfast too. The hotel is large and I would expand the buffet a little, as it is a bit limited both for the side dishes at dinner and for breakfast in the morning. We didn't ski; there was a boot locker and an outdoor ski storage area available for our equipment. Otherwise, we had a good time; perhaps the Christmas chaos caused some lapses in service. I'd highly recommend it, though!

Enchanting view

Large and clean quadruple room with a wonderful view! Breakfast and dinner were excellent! The staff were very friendly! Excellent and central location, very convenient private parking.

Everything perfect

Kindness and professionalism that are hard to find these days! We had a wonderful stay, from the room renovated with quality materials, even though it was small, to the wonderful stay with our 10-month-old baby. The food is excellent, the living room clean and welcoming. Furthermore, the location is perfect for strolling downtown or exploring the various trails. No need for a car.

Positive

The owner is very kind and helpful, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is professional. The hotel is centrally located, close to everything. I didn't use the restaurant because I booked a B&B, but looking at the restaurant menu, I can only say: it's a shame I didn't try it. Next time I'm in the area I'll know where to go. I recommend it.

Satisfied

Even though the weekend was short, I was able to appreciate all the amenities the hotel offers and can only say I'm absolutely satisfied. The rooms were clean and the service excellent. The food was good, and the staff were extraordinarily courteous and attentive to their needs. If asked again, I would definitely recommend it. Thanks again for the excellent stay.

We liked it

The hotel staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, the property is located in the central area of San Martino, very convenient for getting around, the food is excellent and the rooms are clean... everything is as described on the website...

Great New Year’s Eve

I stayed with my family over New Year's Eve week and had a great time; the room was clean, the food was excellent, especially the desserts, the atmosphere was beautiful and elegant, the staff were very friendly, and the location was excellent. Having a small child, I would have appreciated a play area with a couple of games to provide a bit of a social area for the kids and their families, but I realize that's not the hotel's style.

10 with honors!

The hotel is in a wonderful location, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, and they had no problem accepting my dog. The food is excellent. I highly recommend it.
