Since 2013, we have been part of the MUVI UP Pearls Alpine project.
The restaurant has always paid great attention to the quality and sustainability of the materials used in the preparation of the dishes; using raw materials from our own production and organic zero kilometres, with the awareness that reducing the production of waste makes a difference in the protection of our splendid location in order to preserve an intact environment of rare beauty.
