The pool is good for spending a few hours and the kids had fun, the water is at the right temperature and I didn't find it cold as some people complain.

Gentili anche nell’accogliere le mie esigenze per la camera, tutto mediamente ben pulito e ordinato, personale cortese.
La piscina buona per passare qualche ora e i bambini si sono divertiti, l’acqua è alla giusta temperatura e non l’ho trovata fredda come qualcuno lamenta.
La spa ha tutto il necessario per passare altrettanto tempo in relax, qualche doccia non funziona ma è irrilevante.
Camera buona con un ampio terrazzo, consiglio lato valle che da una sensazione di maggior respiro.
Cucina buona senza strafare, di più sarebbe stato superfluo, forse il buffet è un po’ poco preparato (mia impressione), ma ripeto nel complessivo ho mangiato bene.

We stayed at the resort (two adults and a six-year-old girl) during the very week that saw Covid interrupt the 2020 winter ski season, requiring us to leave after only three days. The staff was helpful and attentive, both in trying to ensure we enjoyed our holiday as peacefully as possible, and in accommodating us financially by refunding the days of unused vacation (among other things, they had already readily agreed to convert the deposit paid for my elderly parents, who had decided to cancel a few days earlier, into full board for us). This was also done by all the other members of the resort (ski passes/equipment rentals/Cristallo ski instructor lessons).

Siamo stati nella struttura (2 adulti ed una bambina di 6 anni) proprio nella settimana che ha visto il Covid interrompere la stagione sciistica invernale 2020 dovendo partire dopo solo 3 giorni di permanenza. Lo staff si è dimostrato disponibile ed attento, sia nel tentare di farci vivere più serenamente possibile la vacanza finchè possibile, sia nel venirci incontro economicamente con il rimborso dei giorni di vacanza non goduta (tra l’altro avevano già accettato senza problemi di convertire la caparra versata per i miei anziani genitori che avevano deciso di rinunciare pochi giorni prima in trattamento di pensione completa per noi), cosa peraltro fatta anche da tutte le altre componenti del comprensorio (skipass/noleggio attrezzature-lezioni maestri sci Cristallo).
Struttura ben tenuta.
Cibo di qualità ed abbondante.
Bella piscina (e probabilmente centro benessere del quale però non abbiamo goduto vista la situazione).
