Residence Nussbaumer is in a quiet and sunny location within the centre of Seis, at the foot of the Schlern.
The Apartments have all a south facing balcony or terrace with a view on the mountains. They are comfortably equipped with 1 or 2 bedrooms, living room with seating corner and bed sofa, colour-TV with SAT receiver, safe and telephone and Internet connection. Largely equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with deep freeze system, 4 ceramic hotplates, bathroom with shower or bathtub, bidet in every apartment.
The wellness area awaits you after an exciting day and invites you to relax.
The Residence offers an indoor pool and a sauna area on 500m². Spend some relaxing moments in the whirlpool or in one of the different saunas in the sauna area or solarium.
Sauna and indoor pool are open in summer as well.
In the summer months the outdoor swimming pool and the sunbathing lawn are the perfect place to swim and relax.
Private car park, children playground, table tennis and a large natural green space.
