Villa Nussbaumer is located at the edge of the village of Seis am Schlern in a very quiet and sunny panoramic position. It offers spacious apartments in Tyrolean style, which feature one or two bedrooms, south-facing balcony or terrace and a wonderful view of the mountains. The village centre is only 500 m from the house. There is a shuttle bus which operates between the village centre and the Seiser Alm cable cars, also reachable on foot within 15 minutes or with a few minutes’ drive. The Villa offers a spacious underground car park and a storage room for ski equipment and bicycles. In summer you have the possibility to use the outdoor pool and in winter the sauna with relaxation room in the Residence Nussbaumer, which is 650m from the apartments.
