The Residence Valpiccola is located in the heart of the Dolomites of the Val di Zoldo, underneath the Mount Civetta and Pelmo. It is a modern structure entirely built of larch local wood and furnished in traditional Alpine style. The facility is located in the village centre of Pecol di Zoldo within walking distance from the ski slopes, part of the Civetta ski area and Dolomiti Superski. Even in summer, it is the ideal location for hikes and rides on your bike or e-bike.
The Residence Valpiccola is made up of 16 apartments, which meet the highest quality standards. Surrounded by wood, you will experience the atmosphere of the Dolomites in a rustic and cosy environment. The building offers a large lawn with a private playground, most apartments have a balcony while others provide direct access to the garden.
The Residence offers an in-house ski school, with specialized instructors. During the winter, a heated ski and boot depot directly on the slopes is included in the price.
The guests have also free entrance to the swimming pool of Dolomia Wellness Centre near the residence and have discounts in the wellness centre.
