In our rustic stone cellar and in the garden overlooking the Schlern, we serve homemade specialities prepared with what our farm and the surrounding area have to offer. Many of our ingredients come from our own organic farm – from vegetables grown in our garden to eggs, meat and wine. We also work with selected farmers and producers from the surrounding area.
Traditional South Tyrolean cuisine meets the honest flavours of farm life: fresh, local and prepared with passion. No unnecessary frills – just good ingredients, time-honoured recipes and a genuine love for what we do.
Whether you join us for a traditional South Tyrolean snack, a good glass of wine or a relaxed dinner, we want you to feel like you’re enjoying a meal at a friend’s farm.
