The restaurant is located in the oldest building of the farm, which has been built in the year 1712. Every day, except on Sundays, ladin cuisine with 6 courses is provided in the typical southtyrolean Stuben. It is a simple, authentic and traditional cuisine that has been passed down from generation to generation. Maria and son Christian stay at the stove, while Enrico, the senior chef, the daughter Stefanie and the daughter-in-law serve the guests. The other daughters Evelyn and Karin as well as son Tommy also work in the background for the well-being of the guests. Well, a typical family enterprise.

Spectacular

I had lunch at Maso Runch with my boyfriend. The Ladin cuisine is fabulous. The set menu is excellent because you get to sample traditional dishes. The staff is friendly and thorough, and each dish is thoroughly explained. I really enjoyed the "panicias" soup, which is fantastic. Not to mention the pork shank and goulash, which are delicious. Out of respect for those serving you and to fully enjoy everything, please respect the lunch and dinner times, which you can request when booking. We will definitely return to the Maso in the future. Oh, and after lunch, don't forget to take a stroll among the cattle and around the property.

Not to be missed

In July, on Angelica's recommendation, we dined at this Maso, where you'll find an incredible balance between ancient and modern, and where you can enjoy excellent, traditional Ladin food at a very reasonable price. The wine list and service are also excellent. Don't miss the chance to dine here! We walked from Pedraces on a full moon... everything was even more romantic!
