The Restaurant with Pizzeria is located at 1450 meters with a wonderful view over the whole valley, is open in the two seasons for dinner by reservation and on weekends also at noon in the summer season.
A menu in search of typical products with a nod to innovation and experimentation is offered.
The team tries to use raw materials as much as possible at 0 km.
Only use butter and cheese from the valley huts and, when possible, also vegetables and herbs from the own fields are used.
The pizzas, on the other hand, are inspired by the tradition of Campania using only mozzarella fior di latte and stone ground flour but, also taking advantage of typical local products to also give a mountain taste to the Neapolitan pizza.
