Guests and locals alike appreciate the à la carte restaurant "Andreas Hofer Stuben". On the one hand this is the result of the kitchen team’s competence to combine typical South Tyrolean dishes and modern art of cooking in a creative and tasty way. On the menu you will find traditional local titbits as well as light Mediterranean cuisine. On request the chef grants special gourmet wishes, too.
On the other hand the use of local products, seasonal vegetables and fruit, fresh herbs and other high quality ingredients are very important for the staff. To accompany the lovingly prepared delights and to complete the culinary offer the wine cellar provides suitable good drops – well-known South Tyrolean wines and aromatic wines produced by little wineries as well as great Italian wines. The garden restaurant and the pool bar are open for lunch and dinner. With pleasure also barbecues parties for groups up to more than 100 people are arranged.
