Farm Restaurant Soleseid
Fresh, seasonal and healthy – these are the key characteristics of the South Tyrolean cuisine. And rightly so! In this restaurant in San Vigilio mainly ingredients from own production of the farm are used. Fresh meat, eggs and juices are produced by the owners, as well as in summer the vegetables come from the farm. The delicious jams at breakfast are homemade too! All other products are sourced from farms in the vicinity or the shops of neighbors and friends.
