Once upon a time...
there was a girl of very modest family, an energetic, cheerful and very ambitious child.
Cristina was born in Voltago Agordino (BL) on 09.09.1939, and from her early childhood, after helping her mother Angelina with the housework, she used to spend her time playing the cook...
She was dreaming of having one day her own inn to accommodate tourists and, like all the things you crave for, this dream started to turn into reality in the summer of 1978 when, carrying in her womb her sixth child, with courage and enthusiasm she opened a small bar in the middle of the forest of Nuoitas.
Since that day many years ago when, along with his Tita, with many sacrifices and much love, Cristina began this adventure, the legendary restaurant "Polenta and Frico" has grown from year to year along with the number of its guests, who soon become friends.
Today the Hotel Restaurant Nuoitas pursues engagement with the goal of accommodating with professionalism and kindness all those who want to unwind in the middle of this enchanting landscape of fresh air, trees, meadows and great food.
Today more than ever the essence of Cristina lives in us and in all that was built thanks to her. Thanks Mom and Dad thanks
