Restaurant Stallwies
In the Stelvio National Park, at 1,953 m above sea level, surrounded by meadows, pine forests and panoramic views, the highest mountain farms in South Tyrol is situated - the Stallwieshof. The farm of the Stricker family was built over 680 years ago and combines traditional agriculture with the local cuisine.
Guests are served with a lot of joy and the kitchen is managed with love to offer a wide variety of homemade dishes. The senior and junior chefs work together to prepare ravioli, bacon dumplings, dumplings with cheese and use the best meat in dishes such as goulash, carpaccio and mutton. The meat comes from animals that graze on the meadows in summer until the first snow falls on the mountain pastures and in the winter are fed the hay harvested during the summer. Enjoy a meal in one of the old "Stube " or on the terrace, which offers a unique view of the glacier and a magnificent mountain panorama.
