Restaurant and Pizza Il Maniero

Recently renovated, the restaurant Il Maniero consists of a restaurant, pizzeria and spaghetteria. Here you can taste typical local and national dishes, accompanied by selected wines and a warm and meticulous service. The pizzas are cooked in a wood oven.
The restaurant, entirely created reflecting the mountain style of the Val di Sole, is divided into three rooms that host a hundred seats in the complex. The atmosphere recalls the furnishings of an ancient medieval inn and of the castle of S. Michele.
The Maniero restaurant has recently obtained the Ecoristorazione Trentina environmental quality mark, issued by the Autonomous Province of Trento after having demonstrated year after year the implementation of actions for the protection of the environment and the reduction of environmental impact favoring local products in the Trentino supply chain.
Tasting menus are always offered, which may vary according to the chef’s imagination or the seasonality of the products used, in order to always guarantee freshness and diversification throughout the year.
