"Food is one of life’s great pleasures, but for me it means much more: it’s that element where life, work and passion come together in one dimension. My concept of cooking starts from a strong bond with the territory and simple ingredients, which I try to enhance through the use of traditional and modern techniques, transforming them into beautiful dishes to see and good to eat. Because cooking is a real art!
