Webcam on the steeple of Lake Reschen

Panoramic view on the Lake Reschen and the famous steeple of Curon Venosta / Graun im Vinschgau. This artificial lake was created in 1950 through the unification of the two lakes of Resia / Reschen and Curon / Graun, culminating in the complete submersion of the small village of Curon Venosta / Graun im Vinschgau and part of the village of Resia / Reschen, which were rebuilt in a higher position. The famous Romanesque steeple that sticks out of the water is the only witness of the history of this lake, full of legends. This webcam is perfect to discover the conditions of the ice in winter, when ice skating, cross country skiing, snowkiting and ice sailing are practised on the lake. In summer, the water of the lake and the frequent winds create the ideal environment for those practising kite surfing and sailing.
