More than ever, sustainable thinking and acting determine everyday life at the farm. Hospitality and agriculture coexist together: the production of wine from the own cultivation plays a very central role. Winegrower and farmer Andreas Jaider has dedicated himself to the lively continuation of this traditional restaurant and farm with dedication and professionalism since his youth, which, thanks to the strong restraint in the family, is characterized by the combination of innovation and preservation of the tried and tested until today as one of the most beautiful and worth seeing farms in South Tyrol.
The Tschötscherhof, first mentioned in 1492, is located in St. Oswald, at 750 m, where soils of volcanic origin and the favorable climate favour the cultivation of a high-quality wine.
