Farm Antico Melo

We are Mauro and Jessica, and together we run the small Antico Melo farm in Fiera di Primiero, in the heart of Trentino and the Dolomites.
Our farm was born from a passion for the land, respect for natural rhythms, and the desire to offer genuine, high-quality products closely linked to the seasonality and traditions of the area. We personally take care of every stage of the production process, with particular attention to quality and sustainability.
We produce honey from our own beehives, managed with care and respect for both the bees and the environment. We transform the fruits of our work into small fruit jams, apple juice, and elderflower syrup, following simple and natural processing methods. We also keep hens for the production of fresh eggs and grow only seasonal vegetables, harvested at the right time.
We also offer the opportunity to take part in free visits to our apiary, carried out in complete safety, allowing guests to discover the world of bees and their fundamental role in the ecosystem. This experience is also suitable for families.
For us, Antico Melo is a life project: a place where agriculture, territory, and family come together, with the aim of sharing an authentic and mindful experience with guests and visitors, in full respect of the surrounding nature.
