The house is located in the small village of Rutorbol, about 500 meters from the village of Fusine and 100 meters from the main road (SP 251). It is surrounded by green fields and woods and well positioned for walks both in the high and low areas of the Zoldo valley. Casa Momi is certainly ideal for those looking for tranquility after a walking or skiing day in the mountains.
In the village of Fusine you will find a butcher, a bakery, a grocery shop, newsagent’s, the post office and a pizzeria.
In winter the price includes the use of heated and sterilized storage lockers for skis, boots, shoes, helmets at the start of the ski slopes, as well as a private parking area in front of the lifts.
