October 25–26, 2025 – Centa San Nicolò (TN)
Where: Municipal Park – Event Area
In the heart of the Trentino autumn, the Centa Valley celebrates one of its most authentic symbols: the chestnut. The Chestnut Festival is a special occasion to rediscover ancient flavors, walk among centuries-old chestnut groves, and experience moments of conviviality in an atmosphere filled with nature, tradition, and community.
At the center of the festival is the food stand, where every dish is a tribute to the chestnut: sweet and savory recipes made with creativity and local zero-km ingredients; freshly roasted chestnuts; chestnut-based breads, flours, and handmade desserts; mulled wine and traditional specialties.
Each bite is a meeting of past and present, a toast to the warmth of autumn.
But it’s not just about taste – the festival offers authentic experiences for all ages: trekking through colorful autumn forests, guided walks with tastings of local products, creative workshops for children and traditional games, a local farmers’ market and artisans’ stalls, live music and traditional dancing.
