<p>The Eggentaler Dorfkuchl brings <strong>traditional, almost forgotten dishes from Eggental | Val d&#39;Ega back to the table</strong>, while reinterpreting <strong>some of them in new ways</strong>.</p><p></p><p>Farmers and chefs from Eggental | Val d&#39;Ega prepare recipes that were once a natural part of everyday cooking but are now rarely found. With their knowledge and passion, the <strong>farmers from Welschnofen | Nova Levante, Deutschnofen | Nova Ponente and Steinegg | Collepietra</strong> bring the culinary traditions of Eggental | Val d&#39;Ega back to life. The culinary experience is complemented by creative chefs who reinterpret selected dishes in a modern way and refine them with new accents – including <strong>Thobias Pardeller</strong> from Franzin Alm, <strong>Reinhard Daverda</strong> from Hotel Pfösl, <strong>Philip Lochman</strong> from Hotel Engel and <strong>Gregor Eschgfäller</strong> from the Gourmet Restaurant Astra.</p><p></p><p>The ingredients used in the dishes come <strong>99% from Eggental | Val d&#39;Ega</strong>. The drinks are also entirely local: from <strong>homemade juices</strong> prepared by the farmers, to beer from the two breweries <strong>Latemar Bier and Nöppbräu</strong>, and wine from the wineries <strong>Pitzner and Gojer</strong>.</p><p></p><p>Taste your way through the different culinary stations at the festival square in Welschnofen | Nova Levante.
