Genesis is a cultural project that originated at SanBrite, in the heart of Cortina d’Ampezzo.
An annual multi-day event that brings together cuisine, nature, tradition and innovation under a single vision: to build a more mindful future through food and hospitality.

It is not just a gastronomic event.
It is a space for dialogue.
It is a laboratory of ideas.
It is an experience that leaves a lasting impression.

During Genesis, chefs, producers, artisans, entrepreneurs, students and curious minds come together. Together, we ask ourselves a key question: how can we generate value for local areas, whilst respecting what makes them unique?
