Two days dedicated to taste, sustainability, and Alpine culture — a journey through authentic flavours, producer stories, hands-on workshops, and family-friendly activities.

At PalaFolgaria, over 60 stands from local farms and artisans will offer:

- Traditional Trentino specialities and local zero-km products;

- The Mercato della Terra, a space to meet producers and discover the stories behind each item;

- Authentic handcrafted objects, made with mountain know-how and skill;

- A unique opportunity to buy genuine products, learn traditional recipes, and support local excellence.

But The Alpine Pantry is more than a market: it’s a sensory journey into the heart of the mountains, with experiences for all ages:

- Workshops for children, combining fun and creativity;

- "Hands in the dough", to learn how to make canederli and strudel the traditional way;

- Educational farms, offering a close-up look at rural life;

- Trekking with goats, a gentle, eco-friendly experience in nature;

- Autumn walks among the foliage and excursions to the scenic Forra del Lupo.
